Adults: apply generously to the desired area, up to four times a day. For external use only. Not suitable for children. Follow the product label.

Do not use on wounds or damaged skin, bandage tightly or use with heat. Ask a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. If accidentally swallowed, contact a medical facility immediately.
