ROOTS TO CONNECTION DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Roots To Connection we aim to provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU. The carriers we use are UK Mail, Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide. We are able to provide both Next Working Day delivery and Standard 2-4 Working Day delivery for the majority of our UK based customers (conditions apply). For our EU customers we use Parcelforce Worldwide for deliveries. Parcelforce Worldwide provide effective track and trace delivery service to all countries within the EU.
DELIVERIES - UK / EU/ OTHER
For UK Deliveries orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery. Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 1:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday. For EU Deliveries please allow for 3/4 days for delivery.
The delivery times and prices are as follows:
- UK (Mainland) 2-4 Day Delivery - (normally delivered in 2 days) From £3.30
- UK (Mainland) Next Working Day Delivery - 1 Carton (Must be ordered before 12.30pm) From £4.50
- UK (Mainland) Saturday Delivery £11.75
- Europe - From £9.00
- United States - From £10.00
- Rest of World (We can delivery to other parts of the world and will quote the delivery charges before shipping)
After the 1st delivery attempt the parcel will only be held for 5 working days and any parcels not delivered or collected within 5 days will automatically be returned to Roots To Connection. Please do not delay making contact with ourselves or the couriers to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel. We will make a charge of £4.50 for any order re-delivered after the 3rd attempt.
What happens if I'm out when the courier delivers my goods?
Our couriers will try to deliver to you or your next door neighbours to obtain a signature. If no one is available to give a signature they will put a card through your door to let you know where your parcel is and they will state that they have attempted delivery and will try again on the next working day (not Sat/Sun). If you call the number on the card, the couriers will arrange re-delivery on another day convenient to you; you can also arrange to collect your parcel from the depot if you prefer.
