UK delivery

Standard UK mainland delivery is £5.95 on orders below £50. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.

We dispatch orders on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please check the delivery information on each product page: some items are supplied to order and have a longer lead time.

Ordering for Christmas

Please order early and allow time for both dispatch and delivery. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check the items and delivery options with you. Supplier availability and seasonal carrier schedules can affect estimated delivery times.

International delivery — quote before payment

For delivery outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland, please request a shipping quote with your items and quantities, delivery country and postcode. We will confirm availability, the shipping charge, estimated delivery time and full order total before you pay. Once you accept the quote, we will send you a payment link for the confirmed total. US delivery is temporarily unavailable.

Tracking and missed deliveries

Delivery times, signature requirements and missed-delivery arrangements depend on the carrier and service used. Follow the tracking information or delivery card for instructions about redelivery or collection, and arrange this promptly to avoid the parcel being returned.

A £4.50 charge applies to an order re-delivered after the third attempt.
