Who we are and how to contact us

This website is operated by Roots to Connection. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Roots to Connection.

Telephone: 01449 706338

Products, prices and orders

We aim to describe our products and show prices accurately. Product colours may look different on different screens. Please check the product description, size, quantity and any options before ordering, and provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless you select another available currency. The order total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before payment. If we discover a pricing error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payment taken for the goods we cannot supply.

Changes to website prices or these terms do not retrospectively change an order you have already placed.

Payment and delivery

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you visit or buy from our store, including for services that combine interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Relevant information is shared with Shopify and service providers that may be in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this and your choices. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Please use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Our Delivery Information explains delivery charges and arrangements. For delivery outside the UK, please request a quote before paying so availability, delivery cost, estimated timing and the full total can be confirmed.

If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help. Nothing in our delivery arrangements removes our responsibility to deliver goods or your statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For most online goods purchases, UK consumers can tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after the day of delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We also offer returns of unused goods within 30 days of receipt under the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy.

That policy explains refunds, exchanges, return postage, faulty goods and any exceptions. Your statutory rights apply to sale items as well as full-price goods.

Links to other retailers and services

Our website includes links to other businesses, including our Tropic skincare shop link. If you purchase on another business's website, that business is the seller and its terms, payment arrangements and returns policy apply. Please check those details before ordering.

Using our website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, introduce malicious software or interfere with the website's security or operation.

Website text, images and branding belong to us or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before using them commercially.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used when you shop, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Your consumer rights and our responsibility

Goods must meet the standards required by law, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Changes, questions and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The current version and its update date are shown here. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply where lawful.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections that apply where they live, or prevent them from bringing a claim in their local courts where the law permits.

If you have a question or complaint, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
