Ginger Pear Green Smoothie

Ginger Pear Green Smoothie
1-2 servings

1 cup (125 g) fresh spinach
1 cup (125 g) diced pears (freeze for this recipe)
½ cup (65 g) yoghurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon raw honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 drop of Ginger oil

1. Cut fresh pears and freeze for one hour.
2. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
