We have every confidence in the continued high quality of our jewellery and timepieces, and consequently are happy to offer all Hot Diamonds website customers the product guarantee outlined below.

Hot Diamonds jewellery and watches have a two year guarantee from the date of purchase, as per the delivery note, against any manufacturing failure. Should your piece of jewellery or watch require service during the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced with a comparable product free of charge. Provided that:

Jewellery

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Watches

This warranty covers all watch movements parts against mechanical failure. It does not cover watch battery, crystal glass; watch strap, crown or bracelet replacements. This warranty does not apply to any defects in the goods arising from misuse or accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water penetration when failure to comply with water resistance instructions.

Water Resistance Instructions

All Hot Diamonds timepieces are water resistant to 3ATM. This means they can withstand accidental splashing but you should not swim or bathe in your timepiece.
